Support Organizations

Special Needs Support Center

  • A community support organization offering important programs, support, and resources for children with special needs and their families.

New Hampshire Family Voices

  • New Hampshire Family Voices provides free, confidential services to families and professionals caring for children with chronic conditions and / or disabilities. We empower and inform families and professionals to feel confident when making choices for children and youth in their care.

Individual Placement and Support for People with Autism Spectrum Disorders and Developmental Disabilities

  • Individual Placement and Support (IPS) is an evidence-based program designed to help people living with disabilities find meaningful jobs and provide ongoing supports for success. IPS focuses on community jobs that anyone can apply for and that pay at least minimum wage. These jobs include part-time and full-time opportunities.

Keene Perspectives, PLLC

  • Keene Perspectives seeks to help children and adults achieve meaningful outcomes that positively impact their lives by providing person-centered individualized programming in 1:1 and group settings.

Visions for Creative Housing Solutions

  • Visions for Creative Housing Solutions looks to provide residential options, services and support designed to meet the needs of adults with developmental disabilities and similar disabling conditions.

Spark! Community Center, Inc.

An organization working to create a safe and welcoming place where adults with special needs, their families and caregivers, and caring members of the Upper Valley community can come together and take part in fun and educational activities.

Education Resources

Landmark College

  • A fully accredited, not-for-profit institution, Landmark College offers bachelor’s and associate degrees, as well as a Bridge Semester, online dual enrollment courses for high school students, and summer programs to assist a wide range of high school and new or transferring college students with learning differences.

The New Hampshire-Maine Leadership in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities Program

  • A collaboration between the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth, the Institute on Disability/UCED at the University of New Hampshire, and the Center for Community Inclusion and Disability Studies/UCED at the University of Maine working to improve the health of children and youth with neurodevelopmental disabilities by preparing leaders to enter the field of maternal and child health.

Lebanon School District Special Education Services

  • The Lebanon School District offers a full range of special education programs for students with disabilities, ages three to 21 years. Special services may range from consultation with teachers, classroom support and resource rooms to full time special education classrooms.

SAU 70 Special Education Services

  • SAU 70 makes available a free, appropriate public education to all children ages 3 to 21 who have been determined to have a disability. The services provided address each child's identified special education and related service needs.

Hartford Autism Regional Program

  • The Hartford Autism Regional Program provides educational and clinical services for students in elementary school through high school who have autism or other related developmental disabilities.
